Century Communities Develops Residential Community

Century Communities, in Rosemead have bought the 11 acre plot located and Euclid and Fern Avenue in Chino according to Les Whittlesey, founding partner with WD Land in Irvine.

Stratham Investments sold the lots with help from WD Land. The development has been named Project Stonebrook and is set to contain 122 single family homes, a community pool and a Recreation center in the center of the development.

The development is already underway with optimistic projections saying homes could be available for sale by September of this year.
